We offer different levels of Property Management to suit different requirements.

Let only:  We will advertise your property, find a tenant, carry out references, credit checks, and an inventory.  Prepare assured shorthold tenancy agreement.

Full management:  As per let only and including: rent collection, quarterly property inspections and reports, arranging property repairs and dealing with tenant enquiries.  

Hmo Management: As full management and including: weekly testing of smoke alarms, emergency lighting and fire doors and log results, Annually testing of fire fighting equipment and gas boiler.  Cutting grass / upkeep of gardens and communial areas.  Weekly cleaner.
